Acceptance of Terms
By visiting this website, contacting CodeinGuru, requesting a proposal, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. If a separate written agreement, invoice, proposal, or statement of work is issued for a project, that project document will apply together with these terms.
Services
CodeinGuru provides website design, full stack web development, domain setup, hosting support, ecommerce or booking planning, website maintenance, content structure, and related digital services. The exact scope, timeline, price, deliverables, and responsibilities for a project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, required content, brand assets, access credentials, approvals, feedback, and payment on time. Delays in content, access, approval, or payment may affect the project timeline and delivery date.
Quotes, Payments, and Project Start
Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. A project normally begins after the agreed deposit or first payment is received and the required project materials are provided. Additional features, extra pages, urgent requests, third-party costs, or major changes outside the confirmed scope may require a revised quote.
Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included when stated in the project agreement. Revision requests should be specific and related to the agreed scope. Work that changes the original direction, adds new functionality, rewrites approved content, or requires significant redesign may be treated as additional work.
Content and Materials
Clients must have the right to use all text, images, logos, videos, files, fonts, products, trademarks, and other materials supplied to CodeinGuru. We are not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues caused by materials provided by the client.
Original Work and Portfolio Use
CodeinGuru aims to create original website copy, layouts, and implementation for each project unless a client asks us to work from supplied materials or third-party templates. After a project is publicly launched, we may reference the work in our portfolio, proposals, or marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Third-Party Services
Websites may depend on domain registrars, hosting companies, plugins, payment gateways, email providers, analytics tools, APIs, fonts, or other third-party services. These services are governed by their own terms, pricing, uptime, privacy practices, and technical limits. CodeinGuru can help with setup, but we do not control third-party providers.
Advertising and External Links
This website may display advertising, affiliate-style references, client links, or links to third-party websites. We do not control the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or policies of external websites. Advertising or external links do not mean CodeinGuru guarantees, endorses, or accepts responsibility for third-party products, services, claims, or websites.
Hosting, Domains, and Renewals
Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for renewing domains, hosting, paid tools, email services, SSL certificates, and other recurring services. Missed renewals may cause website downtime, email interruption, domain loss, or service suspension.
Delivery, Launch, and Approval
Delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed as fixed in writing. A project is considered approved when the client confirms acceptance, publishes the website, uses the delivered files, or does not report required corrections within a reasonable review period stated in the project communication.
Maintenance and Support
Post-launch maintenance, backups, updates, security monitoring, content edits, bug fixes, and technical support are only included when agreed in writing. Websites can require ongoing care, especially when they use third-party platforms, plugins, hosting environments, or integrations.
Limitation of Liability
CodeinGuru works carefully, but we cannot guarantee that a website will be error-free, uninterrupted, immune from security risks, or produce a specific business result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CodeinGuru is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, lost data, lost rankings, missed sales, service outages, or issues caused by third-party platforms, client changes, or supplied materials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, interfere with site operations, copy site content without permission, or use CodeinGuru services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, final project files created specifically for a client may be used by that client after full payment is received. CodeinGuru may retain ownership of reusable methods, general know-how, development patterns, internal tools, starter components, and non-client-specific materials used to provide services.
Termination
Either party may end a project if the other party materially fails to meet agreed responsibilities. Fees for completed work, purchased third-party services, committed time, and non-refundable costs may remain payable.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms when our services, website, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
